Fully automatic circular screwing setup machine for spray pump caps with uptake and normal caps to be bounced upon.
\nThe bottles pass via conveyor into the machine, are singularized by the worm feeder to be handed over to the central star. Simultaneously the triggers are transported towards the machine in a predefined orientation.
\nThe screwing head takes place over the trigger head and the four press rolls are fixed to the union nut pneumatical. Each of them is powered. The suction pipe is taken pneumatic and centered over the bottles.
\nThe Trigger pumps are tightened by servo motors. The stroke movement is realised with servo driven lifting spindles. The machine stops when a non closed bottle is recognized. The machine is delivered with a format set of bottles and caps, including about 3m long transport conveyor with frequency commanded conveyor drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
